No Returns / Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing draft. for your architectural design needs. I am committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial architectural services, customized to your project goals. Please review the terms of my No Returns Policy below.
1. Scope of Services
All projects are customized to meet your specific requirements. Once you agree to proceed and I begin work, I dedicate time, expertise, and resources to deliver your project according to the agreed scope.
2. Customized Deliverables
Each project is unique, including construction-ready drawings, optional 3D visualizations, and any additional plans or consultations. Because these deliverables are created specifically for your project, they cannot be returned or reused for other purposes.
3. Non-Tangible Nature of Services
Architectural design services involve intellectual property, creative expertise, and customized solutions. Once work has started, it is not feasible to reverse or “return” services rendered.
4. Client Involvement and Approval
Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project to ensure deliverables align with your vision. Revisions within the agreed project scope are included; however, this does not constitute a refund or return.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
No Refunds After Project Commencement: Once I have begun work on your project, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Before Project Start: If you cancel before the initial kick-off meeting, you may do so by contacting me at info@draftbycarly.com. Any deposits may be refunded at my discretion, handled on a case-by-case basis, and processed in a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that architectural services cannot be “returned” like a physical product due to their customized and intellectual property nature.
