This package is designed for commercial renovation projects and provides a clear, buildable set of drawings for contractor coordination and permitting.

• Proposed Electrical Plan – $0.85 / sq ft

• Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) – $0.55 / sq ft

• Finish Schedule Sheet – $450 flat

• Code Summary Sheet – $550 flat

• Door/Window Schedule – $250 – $600 (based on project size and quantity)

• 3D Renderings – $850 – $1,200 per view (based on complexity)

• Site Analysis (Nashville, TN area) – $400 – $600
  Includes on-site meeting, photos, videos, and field verification

• Virtual or Off-Site Meetings – $100
  Includes up to 60 minutes. Additional time billed at $75/hour

• Standard Turnaround: Approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of deposit

• Rush Service: For expedited projects, a $1,500 rush fee applies
  Rush projects are typically completed within 10–15 business days

• 50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins

• Remaining 50% due prior to final deliverables

• Design Revisions: One (1) round of revisions is included following initial design delivery. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour with a one-hour minimum

• Invoices are provided prior to payment, with receipts available upon request

• A signed contract outlining project scope and terms is required prior to starting

• All drawings are based on client-provided measurements and/or field information unless site verification services are purchased

• Client is responsible for coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants as required

• Drawings are intended for design intent and contractor coordination

Clients receive full usage rights to share their final drawings for personal use and coordination with contractors or consultants. draft. retains ownership of all design files and reserves the right to share project imagery and drawings on its website, social media, and portfolio materials. The original title block must remain visible on all shared copies.

• Architectural or engineering stamps are not provided

• Structural design and engineering are to be provided by others as required

• Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not provided once services have been rendered

• Client is responsible for verifying compliance with local codes, zoning, and permitting requirements
